Requirements
To successfully complete the FCIB-MSU Foreign Exchange Management Online Course, you will need access to the following:
Minimum
Hardware Requirements
1. An Intel-based Pentium II 233 MHz PC (300 MHz Pentium III or
later is
recommended); 64MB or more of RAM (128 MB recommended) running
the Windows 98, ME, NT,
2000 or XP operating system.
2. Minimum screen resolution of 800x600 (1024x768 recommended);
color
monitor; 4 Mb video RAM (8 Mb recommended).
3. 56K modem or direct connection to the Internet.
Minimum Software Requirements
1. Internet Browser Software: Netscape 6.1 or higher, or Microsoft
Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher. Set JavaScript on in your browser
preferences.
2.ISP (Internet Service Provider) such as AOL, MSN, or
access to the Internet via a work account.
3. Microsoft Office or Microsoft Office Viewers: PowerPoint, Excel
and
Word. Viewers are available as free downloads from the Microsoft
Office
website at http://www.office.microsoft.com
Recommended Software
The following software is not required for completion of the course,
but is strongly recommended:
1. Real Player: version G2 or later. A free
version of the current player is available from the RealNetworks
website at http://www.realnetworks.com.
A 16-bit or full-duplex sound card and speakers are needed to
listen to audio presentations.
2. Flash Player: version 5.0 or later. A free
version of the current player is available from the Macromedia
website at http://www.macromedia.com
3. Acrobat Reader: version 5.1 or later. A free
version of the current reader is available from the Adobe Acrobat

Cancellation and
Refund Policy
Registration fees, less a $50 processing fee, will be refunded for
written cancellations received 21days before the course start date.
No refunds for cancellations within 21 days of the course start
date. Substitutions are permitted. |

CEU Information
The Education Department of the National Association of Credit
Management®
has reviewed the educational content of this advanced level program.
Participants attending this program will earn 1.6
continuing education units (CEUs), all of which are valid for CCE
recertification points. The NACM Control Number is 15343.
These continuing education units have been awarded in accordance
with the standards recommended by the International Association
for Continuing Education and Training. The CEU is a nationally
recognized unit designed to provide a record of an individual's
continuing education accomplishments. One CEU is awarded for each
10 contact hours of instruction. |
