All sponsorships are subject to approval and may be declined at NACM’s sole discretion. Must be an exhibitor to be eligible to purchase a Sponsorship or Promotion package. Due to contractual relationships with our Affiliates, collection agencies are ineligible to participate in any promotional, advertising or sponsorship opportunities.



NACM will purchase an item on your behalf at the amount donated.

Cancellation policies are stated in the Rules and Regulations included in this prospectus. Applications received after February 15, 2019 are subject to a $350 late fee. Please submit your application as soon as possible so you don’t risk losing your preferred booth location!

Acknowledgment of Exposition Rules, Regulations and Policies

In accordance with the exhibit Rules and Regulations governing rental of exhibit space, the undersigned hereby applies for exhibit space at NACM's 123rd Credit Congress & Expo May 19-22, 2019 in Aurora, Colorado. We have read and agree to the exhibit regulations. We understand that these regulations are incorporated into this contract by reference and that this application becomes a contract when accepted and confirmed by NACM. Payment must be made in full at the time of reservation and submission of Booth Space Application.

NACM reserves the absolute right, at any time, to determine the eligibility of any company or product for inclusion in the exhibit. The undersigned acknowledges that space assignments shall be acceptable unless NACM is notified in writing within fifteen (15) days of the date of assignment notification. The undersigned specifies that the products or services listed on this application are those to be exhibited.

I understand that the conference's marketing list and registrant data will not be released to exhibitors. Further, the roster will not be released until it is published and distributed at the conference for the benefit of the delegates.

We agree to observe the prohibitions against: (1) aggressive selling tactics, (2) sponsorship of events competing with the formal program as outlined in the Credit Congress brochure, (3) scanning delegate badge barcodes without their knowledge and outside of designated booth area and (4) allowing any person from a third party company to represent any product or service not described on this application or permitting a person not registered as exhibitor personnel to sell/market from our booth.

We acknowledge NACM requires all representatives from our company to be housed at our convention hotels, Gaylord Rockies Resort and Convention Center: otherwise the Facilities Usage Fee of $250 per person will apply.
Facilities Usage Fee: We urge you to make your hotel reservation at our conference hotels in order for NACM to maximize its meeting space, room block and help keep negotiated room rates as low as possible. The guest room block and group rate negotiated with the hotels includes costs to provide us with the large quantity of meeting space we require for the meeting. If we do not occupy a sufficient amount of guest rooms throughout the conference, we will incur penalties and additional costs. Therefore, we urge all meeting participants to stay in the host hotels. Consequently, guests not staying at Gaylord Rockies Resort and Convention Center during the conference will be charged a Facilities Usage Fee, a flat fee of $250, to offset penalties and fees. Please note: If your residential address is in Aurora, Colorado, you are exempt from the Facilities Usage Fee stated above.

We agree that our company's booth will NOT be dismantled before 2:00pm on Tuesday, May 21. If our booth is dismantled before the official close of the exhibit hall, I understand that we will incur a penalty fee of $1,000.
